About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Study Revolution Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, plan and control budget and expenditures, plan and organize daily operations, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment and Management: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage contracts, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and maintain digital databases.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
