Job Summary

This role provides administrative and process support to the Admissions team and College applicants. Key responsibilities include fielding admission inquiries, providing preliminary qualification review, data processing, and record-keeping functions in the Admissions Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field admission inquiries from the public, prospective students, applicants, and College stakeholders.
  • Provide preliminary qualification review and data processing functions in the Admissions Office.
  • Generate official communications for applicants.
  • Support the Admissions team with administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Two years of related experience and one year of post-secondary education (office or business administration certificate preferred).
  • Experience and proficiency with a current version of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with student records registration systems.
