About the Role

The PT Admissions Coordinator role is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a high level of customer service and communication skills. As a key member of our Admissions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students interested in our course offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and support to ensure they are pointed in the right direction.
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to meet their needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls to interested students to discuss their interests and provide information about our programs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure seamless communication and support to students.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our programs and services to provide informed guidance to students.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to students.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in education or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to concept sell the benefits of a service or product.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a call center environment, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Passion for education, technology, and our mission to empower students to pursue their passions.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
