Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Corix, a leader in district energy systems. This exciting opportunity will involve overseeing projects from development through design, construction, and handover.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project costs, forecasts, and spending, including contract management with consultants and contractors. You will also provide technical design and construction guidance to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Developing comprehensive project budgets and cost estimates
- Negotiating and preparing contracts with various project stakeholders
- Ensuring effective communication among all project team members
- Monitoring and controlling project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to manage multiple projects and priorities will be essential in this role.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
- A degree in Mechanical, Civil, Process/Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, project management, and construction-related fields
- Preference given to candidates with building engineering and construction experience (HVAC, plumbing, energy modelling, etc.)
