We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Institute of IT Training Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Record Keeping and Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, including supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
