Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM), Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to drive success and growth.

About the Job:

  • You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to address their challenges.
  • You will provide expert guidance on optimizing the Salesforce platform and ensuring its alignment with customers' business objectives.
  • You will act as a point of contact for any major customer incidents, managing expectations and communications through resolution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical customer success, Salesforce CRM or SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, or solutions architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, or relevant competing platforms.
  • 6+ years of management consulting experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level.
