- Manage Customer References: Build and maintain a pipeline of customer references for sales, marketing, and other teams.
- Foster Online Advocacy: Lead initiatives to expand positive reviews across key platforms and leverage those reviews to support marketing and sales objectives.
This role requires 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns.
