About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at One Paramount Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship in our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution.
  • Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to meet project specifications.
  • Installation and Fitting: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure seamless integration with other construction elements.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety protocols and best practices.
  • Communication: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with frequent travel required.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
