About the Role

Polar Exterior Inc. is seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, Cut, and Assemble Materials: You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to ensure precise fit and finish.
  • Install Windows, Doors, and Staircases: You will be responsible for installing windows, doors, staircases, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a seamless and professional finish.
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: As a seasoned carpenter, you will be responsible for supervising and training junior team members to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Work in a Variety of Settings: You will be required to work in various locations, including construction sites, warehouses, and offices.
Requirements
  • Education: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: You must have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Language: You must be fluent in English.
  • Work Hours: You must be available to work 40 hours per week.
