Job Title: Head of Sales Account Director

At LGI Healthcare Solutions Santé Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Director to lead our sales team in the Ontario to British Columbia territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive sales growth and productivity.
  • Manage client relationships and government relations with our partners.
  • Lead and manage the internal sales team by prioritizing tasks and coordinating opportunities.
  • Coach, train, and accompany account managers under your responsibility.
  • Interact with the team to define the sales strategy by product and implement it effectively in the market.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of sales funnel management.
  • Fluent strong English is required (spoken and written).
  • Basic legal knowledge of contracts.
  • Excellent understanding of market issues.
