Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director for Major Accounts to join our team at LGI Healthcare Solutions Santé Inc. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and implementing the business development strategy for the Ontario to British Columbia territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and public sector, as well as experience with Ministry Healthcare relations. They will also have a proven track record of sales success and be able to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute sales under your responsibility and that of your team by generating sales opportunities for our solutions, meeting with customers, and making financial proposals.
  2. Develop the territories under your responsibility by implementing strategic plans by territory.
  3. Manage client relationships.
  4. Manage government relations with our partners.
  5. Manage the internal sales team by prioritizing tasks and coordinating opportunities.
  6. Manage the account managers under your responsibility by coaching, training, and accompanying them.
  7. Interact with the team to define the sales strategy by product and implement it effectively in the market.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  1. University degree in business administration.
  2. 10 years experience in sales.
  3. Knowledge of the health sector, and public sector.
  4. Experience with Ministry Healthcare relations.
  5. Strong understanding of the procurement process.
  6. Strong knowledge of sales funnel management.
  7. Fluent strong English is required (spoken and written).
  8. Basic legal knowledge of contracts.
  9. Excellent understanding of market issues.
