Job Title: Sales Account Director

At LGI Healthcare Solutions Santé Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Director to join our team. As a Sales Account Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key accounts in the Ontario to British Columbia territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and public sector.
  • Experience with Ministry Healthcare relations and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
