Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Account Director to join our team in the Ontario to British Columbia territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  2. Manage and develop a team of account managers to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  1. University degree in business administration or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including public sector relations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
