Job Summary

CSN Collision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients, and supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and process customers in a professional manner, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Communication: Keep customers updated throughout the process, work with team members to get status updates, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare necessary paperwork for claims, receive payments, create files and invoices, and update the insurance company on repair dates and deductibles.
  • Office Administration: Manage office duties, maintain office organization and cleaning, and update management systems.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships, facilitate CSI reviews, and encourage positive reviews.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: WHMIS training and knowledge of information security (PIPEDA) preferred.

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
