Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Super Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Coordinate Activities: Schedule and coordinate activities to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer needs.
  • Recruit and Hire: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for customer service representatives.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Collaborate with other departments to estimate costs and materials required for customer projects.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Benefits: Parking available, permanent employment.
