Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at The UPS Store. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Authorize payments and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate team activities
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise team members
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
