Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Access Pacific Enterprises LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with high accuracy
  • Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on location and experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.
