We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Manager - Strategic Insights to join our team at Scotiabank. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global employee listening strategy, including supporting the deployment of engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys, and other ad-hoc surveys.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in HR and/or Employee Listening strategy design and execution. They will possess excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail, executive presence, and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our global employee listening strategy, working closely with key partners and stakeholders to design, build, and implement the tools and resources to support our listening program and action results.

You will also serve as the employee engagement Subject-Matter Expert, helping HR partners and business leaders leverage the program tools and resources to improve employee experience and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global employee listening strategy, including engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys, and ad-hoc surveys.
  • Work closely with key partners and stakeholders to design, build, and implement tools and resources to support our listening program and action results.
  • Serve as employee engagement Subject-Matter Expert, helping HR partners and business leaders leverage the program tools and resources.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR and/or Employee Listening strategy design and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail, executive presence, and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity around best-in-class HR practices (internal and external).
  • Experience building strategic, trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders with a proven ability to influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
