Responsibilities:
This role will focus on executing core HR services and operational activities efficiently, aligning with our strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the HR Services team to ensure timely and high-quality support for employees, managers, and stakeholders
• Developing and implementing service level agreements (SLAs) to improve response times and quality of support
• Monitoring service trends and taking proactive measures to address recurring issues and streamline service processes
• Overseeing transactions related to benefits administration, employee records management, HR reporting, and workplace health and safety
• Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of HR services professionals

Employee Data Management and Compliance:
The successful candidate will ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HRIS data, and payroll information in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes partnering with HR Technology and other stakeholders to develop efficient processes for updating employee records and supporting data integrity, HR reporting, and insights.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
• A minimum of 5+ years of broad-based experience in increasingly senior HR positions
• Minimum 3+ years of people management experience
• Demonstrated skills in planning, leading, and implementing HR programs
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
