Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources and Legal Affairs team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage records and files, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR and legal team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and events
- Assist with developing and implementing administrative procedures and systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
