Overview

Encore Market Engagement is seeking a highly skilled IT Leadership and Technical Support Specialist to lead our technical function. This role requires an experienced leader who can effectively manage help desk operations, end-user support, and IT management.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

This role involves leading and managing help desk operations, overseeing and improving help desk processes, and ensuring efficiency, client satisfaction, and first-contact resolution. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring IT system performance and proactively resolving issues, providing end-user support, and managing IT assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Help Desk Operations: Oversee and improve help desk processes, monitor IT system performance, and resolve issues.
  • End-User Support and IT Management: Provide technical support for employees, manage IT assets, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Proactive Communication and Training: Serve as the communication lead for outages, changes, or technical updates, conduct weekly technical training sessions, and collaborate with teams to identify recurring issues.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical support leadership and end-user support, advanced troubleshooting expertise with iOS devices, Windows laptops, and Office 365, and proficiency in asset management. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to deliver effective technical training, and strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
