Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Starzlink Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and innovation.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong corporate image.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, fostering a high-performing team.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Accuracy: Demonstrate accurate and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and information.
- Judgement: Apply sound judgement in decision-making, considering multiple perspectives and factors.
- Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Work Term: Commit to a permanent work arrangement, with a standard 35-hour workweek.
- Work Language: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in this language.
