We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Vista Stair & Handrail Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization and ensuring the successful implementation of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including setting financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.
- Leadership and Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions to drive business success.
- Operational Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and controlling budgets, inventory, and development projects, ensuring maximum safety, productivity, and comfort.
- Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as needed to act on behalf of the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Plan and administer budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years or equivalent experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
