About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Vista Stair & Handrail Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization and ensuring the successful implementation of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the organization's operations, reputation, or financial stability.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's interests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in operations management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
