About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective team management.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring a strong and positive reputation.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives and ensure efficient operations.
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
    • Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and success.
    • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
    • Experience
      • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.
      • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
      • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
