About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations and official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, empowering them to drive business growth and success.
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's financial stability and sustainability.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a productive and inclusive work environment, with a focus on work-life balance and employee well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
