Transforming Surgical Care at Humber River Health
Humber River Health is seeking a visionary leader to drive the delivery of high-quality surgical services. As the Program Director, Surgical Services, you will provide strategic leadership oversight for the surgical services portfolio, ensuring that patient care services meet legal, regulatory, and professional requirements.
About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President Clinical, you will set the program's strategic direction in collaboration with the Chief/Physician Director. Your expertise in business planning, resource management, program planning, development, evaluation, and managing patient care services will be essential in driving excellence in surgical care.
Requirements
A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related discipline, coupled with at least five years of management experience working with a medical dyad partner, is required for this role. If you are passionate about furthering clinical care, energized by innovation and change, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy coordinating multiple priorities and stakeholders in a supportive environment, this leadership role is for you.
