Position Overview
Humber River Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director, Surgical Services to lead our surgical services portfolio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care services that meet legal, regulatory, and professional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership oversight for the delivery of surgical services portfolio
- Set the program's strategic direction in collaboration with the Chief/Physician Director
- Support and promote the use of best practices within Humber River Health
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline
- Clinical experience in acute services coupled with at least five years management experience
- Experience in business planning, resource management, program planning, development, evaluation, and managing patient care services
