Program Director, Surgical Services
Humber River Health is seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic direction of our Surgical Program. As Program Director, Surgical Services, you will provide oversight for the delivery of high-quality patient care services, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance surgical services and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the Vice President Clinical to set program direction and promote best practices
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care services
- Manage resources and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of surgical services
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline
- At least five years of management experience in acute services, with a medical dyad partner
- Experience in business planning, resource management, and program development
