Humber River Health is seeking a visionary leader to drive the delivery of high-quality surgical services. As the Program Director, Surgical Services, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the surgical services portfolio, ensuring that patient care services meet legal, regulatory, and professional requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President Clinical, you will set the program's strategic direction in collaboration with the Chief/Physician Director. Your expertise in business planning, resource management, and program planning will be essential in promoting the use of best practices within Humber River Health.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline
  • Clinical experience in acute services
  • At least five years of management experience working with a medical dyad partner
  • Experience in business planning, resource management, program planning, development, evaluation, and managing patient care services
