Program Director, Surgical Services

Humber River Health is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the delivery of surgical services, ensuring high-quality patient care and alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the surgical services portfolio, including pre-screening, pre-operative care, operating rooms, and post-operative services.
  • Collaborate with the Chief/Physician Director to set the program's strategic direction and promote best practices within Humber River Health.
  • Develop and implement business plans, resource management strategies, and program evaluations to ensure efficient and effective patient care services.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline.
  • At least five years of management experience working with a medical dyad partner.
  • Experience in business planning, resource management, program planning, development, evaluation, and managing patient care services.
