Transforming Surgical Care at Humber River Health
Humber River Health is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Surgical Program, driving excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. As the Program Director, Surgical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality surgical services, ensuring seamless patient experiences, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President Clinical, you will provide strategic leadership to the Surgical Program, encompassing Pre-Screening, Pre-operative Care, Operating Rooms, Cystoscopy, PACU, SDC, Endoscopy, Surgical Clinics, and Inpatient Care. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting the program's strategic direction, promoting best practices, and driving business planning, resource management, and program development.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Master's Degree in Nursing or a related discipline, accompanied by at least five years of management experience in acute services, working with a medical dyad partner. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to coordinate multiple priorities, and passion for furthering clinical care will make you an ideal fit for this leadership role.
