Support Clerk, Public Health Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to join our team at Fraser Health Authority.
About the RoleThis Casual opportunity is for an experienced administrative professional who can provide exceptional support services in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reception services including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with client intake, scheduling appointments, and maintaining waiting lists
- Operate office equipment, maintain stationery and supplies, and perform general timekeeping functions
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Grade 12 diploma and an approved Office Administration Certificate program
- At least one year of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
