The Role

We are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will create and execute strategic plans for marketing and sales, driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a high-performing sales team by recruiting, leading, and developing sales professionals.
  • Spearhead the revenue strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
  • Grow our presence by prospecting and closing new enterprise and mid-sized clients.
  • Own the demand plan and prepare dashboard reports, budgets, and annual sales projections.

  • Proven sales drive with expertise in B2B sales and strategic planning.
  • Leadership skills to foster a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust at any level.
