Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will handle financial tasks, including payroll processing, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and Work-in-Progress management.

  • Process payroll and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage billing and Work-in-Progress tracking.

The role also involves supporting social media management by assisting with content creation, posting updates, and engaging with audiences to enhance the company's online presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner Professional (PCP), Certified Bookkeeper (CB), or another relevant certification.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in office administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage or similar), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe.
