Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Dispatch, OS&D, and major customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery
  • Enter orders and track shipments using our transportation management system
  • Communicate with customers regarding transit times, loading times, and special requests
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Customer Service Department

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
