Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Centurion Property Associates Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional administration and leasing of our student housing community, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and promoting a strong sense of community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proactive and timely resolution of resident inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns, and escalating issues to the Assistant General Manager or General Manager as needed.
  • Conduct viewings with prospective residents, promoting Centurion's value proposition and providing related information and forms to assist with applications.
  • Assist with organizing and hosting student events, including Open Houses and Resident events, and assist with move-ins and move-outs, conducting suite inspections as required.
  • Maintain an orderly desk area and complete general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense.
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve difficult issues in a timely manner.
