Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including managing project documents, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project processes, including project setup, bid packages, subcontract management, and close-out.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information and data in our computerized project management system.
- Review and analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and attend client and trade meetings to ensure project progress and satisfaction.
- Assist in approvals for AP processing and client invoicing, budgets, and estimates.
- Organize project close-out documentation, including warranties, drawings, manuals, and permits.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders regarding project status and schedule updates.
- Preferably a certificate, diploma, or degree in Construction Project Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience in the ICI Construction Industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including project setup, bid packages, subcontract management, and close-out.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
