EBC Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support its growth. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and deadlines in procurement, building construction, site directives, process equipment, facilities, commissioning and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and/or Primavera.
  • Identify critical project paths and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate project deadlines to all teams involved.
  • Establish cash flow curves and coordinate planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project management guidelines.
  • Provide regular progress reports and performance indicators.
  • Follow up on planned versus actual activities.
  • Share information amongst all concerned parties.
  • Detail planning activities in the project's monthly progress report.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 software.
  • Previous Planner work experience on at least one major project.
  • Knowledge of the Construction industry.
  • Risk management training (an asset).
  • Bilingualism (an asset).
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
