Aecon Utilities is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the daily activities of our job sites.

The OpportunityWe are offering an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project team with administrative tasks, ensuring that all site personnel are accounted for, and handling invoices in a timely manner.
You will also establish accounts with local suppliers, coordinate job packages, and assist with project billing. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with all levels of staff within the organization, from front-line employees to senior executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in the construction industry;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience working with SAP is an asset;
- Ability to show discretion with confidential material;
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
