We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Director to lead the daily operations of our restaurants. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless execution of our business plan.
  • Determine and implement operational procedures that align with our brand standards.
  • Ensure accurate financial management, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets and related reports.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations in our restaurants.
  • Manage inventory levels and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation for our brand.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
