Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and financial reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of budgeting and financial management principles, including cost control, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis. They will be able to create realistic budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial stability and growth.

Retail Technology & Data Analysis:

Familiarity with retail management software and tools, including POS systems, inventory management systems, and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
