  • Maintain high-quality food products, services, and cleanliness standards while promoting a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and open communication among team members to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Possess 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license (if required by location).
