Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clothing Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine the selection of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with our brand values and customer preferences.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Setting: Fabric store environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, and ability to work with diverse customer groups.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
