About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at DGN Insurance Ltd. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in helping our clients protect their assets and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Insurance Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
    • Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Administrative and Compliance
    • Manage client records and ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance applications
    • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the integrity of our business
Requirements
