Job Description

We are a leading insurance and financial services agency for Desjardins Insurance with a strong presence in Edmonton. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver a remarkable 5-star service experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Management: Identify and correct issues in billing and client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Claims Management: Assist customers with claims management, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Business Development: Book appointments for insurance and financial reviews, connecting with clients to improve their experience with technology.
Requirements:
  • General Level 1 License: Must be able to obtain a General Level 1 License (study material provided by us).
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Must be confident in connecting with clients about their accounts and cross-selling, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to customer service excellence is essential.
  • Language Skills: Speaking other languages is an asset.
