In this role, you will be responsible for selling commercial insurance policies to meet customer needs, developing and maintaining a prospect list to drive business growth, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular site visits.

You will also stay up-to-date with market knowledge, products, and pricing to provide expert advice, prepare proposals and arrange account placement with insurance carriers, and gather and document customer information to ensure accurate coverage and service.

To succeed in this role, you will possess post-secondary education or equivalent, excellent customer service and sales skills, strong communication and coaching abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with pressure and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* 5-7+ years of industry experience in sales and customer service
