About the Role

Ramsay's Auto Sales Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support business objectives, and provide regular financial updates to the leadership team.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize exposure to potential financial losses.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including the leadership team, board of directors, and external auditors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial analysis and planning skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications, such as CPA or CMA, are an asset.
