Job Summary

As a Property Claims Representative II, you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and resolution of intermediate property, farm and commercial claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate and make decisions autonomously to resolve intermediate property, farm and commercial claims.
  • Evaluate damage and prepare estimates on property losses, including attending the scene of the loss.
  • Collaborate with vendors and government officials to facilitate settlement of the loss.
  • Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team.
  • Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of field property claims experience.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  • Provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.

What You Need to Know

  • You will travel regularly. This is a field position.
  • This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
  • Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required during peak periods and major events.
  • You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment.
