Adecco Canada is currently recruiting for a permanent Global Safety Incident Manager position with our client, a global leader in workplace safety based in Calgary, AB. As the Global Safety Incident Manager, you will manage safety incidents efficiently and conscientiously from onset through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the Safety of Our Customers' Personnel: Ensure the well-being and safety of our customers' personnel at all times.
  • Manage Emergency Alerts and Escalation Protocols: Professionally manage emergency alerts and follow escalation protocols to resolve situations efficiently.
  • Respond to Emergency Situations: Respond to emergency situations with calmness and confidence, providing timely support to affected individuals.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Offer basic troubleshooting and technical support when an alert is triggered, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain Records and Prepare Reports: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on incident management activities, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Candidate Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Customer Service or Dispatch Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or dispatch roles, with a strong focus on incident management.
  • Fluent Written and Spoken English: Fluently speak and write in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent Native Speaker Level in Written and Spoken French: Hold fluent native speaker level in written and spoken French, with excellent language proficiency.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • Strong Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office Skills: Possess strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and Outlook.
